Menu privacy notice
Last updated: 13 ottobre 2026
This digital menu is powered by TeGusta. You can browse it without signing up, and we do not use profiling or advertising cookies. Here is a short summary of the data that is processed.
Who processes your data
The venue whose menu you are viewing is the data controller. TeGusta (DANI S.a.S. di Dani Federico, Via di San Gervasio 3, 56025 Pontedera, Italy) provides the service on its behalf and acts on its own only for the data needed for security and aggregate statistics.
AI assistant
If you write to the assistant, we process the text of your messages, the language, the type of device, the table number if any, and an anonymous technical session identifier. Conversations are not linked to your identity.
Replies are generated by an artificial intelligence system and may contain mistakes. Please do not enter personal data or health information beyond what is needed to get a suggestion about the menu. For allergies and intolerances, always check with the staff.
Statistics and technical data
We count visits to the menu and to dishes in aggregate form, without cookies and with anonymised IP addresses: we do not recognise you from one visit to the next. Our systems record technical data (IP address in hashed form, browser type, date and time) to run and protect the service.
If you leave a rating or a comment for the venue, we process the score and the text you write.
Why and for how long
The data is used to show you the menu and answer you (the service you asked for) and, for security and statistics, on the basis of legitimate interest. Conversations and technical data are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted or made anonymous.
Who receives the data
Suppliers working on our behalf: artificial intelligence services (Anthropic, OpenAI), hosting and protection of the service (Cloudflare). Some are based in the United States: transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses. Your data is never sold.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to the processing, by writing to [email protected] or by contacting the venue. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the authority in your country.
